Nick is the Principal and Managing Partner of Ameluxen Investments. He is an active real estate investor with real estate holdings in multiple states. He hosts a monthly meeting in Austin for those who are interested in commercial multifamily investing, and he prides himself on building strong relationships through great service! Through his 10+ years experience in leadership roles, Nick has found his success by solving big problems through relentless hard work and ingenuity. By focusing on serving others, including his fellow teammates, Nick has built a reputation for quality and leadership. Although from Denver originally, Nick has lived in Austin since 2014, with his wife Sarah, and two children.
