Hamza is the founder of Gray Spear Capital, an asset management company focusing on commercial real estate. Hamza started real estate as a new immigrant and through his determination, resourcefulness, and strategy-mindedness was able to grow his own real estate company. His first deal after moving to the USA was a syndicated development deal. His current portfolio consists of 1000 apartments in Houston.
