Princi Gill and Vikram Brar talk about how they built their multifamily syndication business by breaking it down into bite-sized pieces.

Princi is the Co-Founder of Waahe Capital and her core strength is in Financial Operations. Prior to founding Waahe Capital, Princi spent 14 years in the Silicon Valley designing and implementing one of the largest and most complex financial management systems ever created – called SAP. At Waahe Capital, Princi focuses on true value creation through modern design, strategic sourcing, and cost-effective renovations. She is also disrupting the traditional leasing and property management model through technology. Princi maintains an unwavering commitment to the company’s vision of enriching people’s lives. She holds a master’s degree in finance and currently lives in the SF bay area with Vikram and their two children.

Vikram Co-Founded Waahe Capital with Princi and prior to establishing Waahe Capital, Vikram held executive positions and managed the fiscal operations of startup’s in the Silicon Valley. At Waahe Capital, Vikram leads the acquisitions, investor relationships and operations. Vikram is utilizing the Lean-Six Sigma methodologies that disrupted the automotive assembly line to build scalable processes and achieve operational excellence in Multifamily. Vikram holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Wayne State University.
