Ben Michel is the Principal of Ridgeview Property Group. Prior to forming Ridgeview, Ben spent 11 years with Michel Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Associate, with a primary focus on multifamily brokerage. Ridgeview Property Group was formed in 2021 and manages $18M in multifamily assets. Ben is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the firm’s investment strategy, including the acquisition of new investment opportunities and portfolio management. His focus is on acquiring multifamily assets in Minnesota, Arkansas, and Tennessee, and holding long-term.
