Ruben has a popular podcast about raising money for multifamily syndication called the Capital Raiser Show where he learns from the best multifamily syndicators in the country. At the beginning of 2018, he was not familiar with the word syndication. Since then, he has participated in the acquisition of 190 Units, and has now become a fund manager who is building 98 town homes in Louisiana and partaking in the acquisition of a 670-unit portfolio of workforce Multifamily in KY and NC. He got his start by doing social media videos for a local apartment investor in Phoenix and successfully raised $625K for small Multifamily deals during the post-crash buying frenzy.
