He quit his 24-year career job as a construction worker to take a pay cut to get into full time property management where he has managed over 800 units and done over 100 rehabs. He share’s hands on tips inside his own apartment buildings, teaching people what to do when they own a building and how to manage rehabs. He personally owns and self-manages with his wife, Monika, their 41-unit portfolio and was part of a team that recently syndicated 98 units in Alabama.
