One of the most important keys to a successful apartment deal is the purchase. You need to determine if it is a deal or not. The value of the property is based on the income that can come in and that’s it. Too often do we see people chase a deal, just to buy something or because it’s in a great area and they expect it to appreciate. When we see that, we wonder when that building will be coming back on market as a distressed asset for us or you to grab at bottom dollar and at a price that will work!
